How to use the Registrant Hub
Eight short steps, about fifteen minutes total. Do them now and you'll walk into September 24 with your seat, your schedule, and your people already lined up.
- Step 1
Sign in with your registration email
The Hub is for registrants only. Use the exact email you used on Eventbrite — if it doesn't match the registration list, sign-in won't go through. Then open My Status to see your ticket tier and finish your profile (name, school, HBCU status, and a photo).
- Step 2
Read and sign your forms
Every registrant signs the Terms, Conditions & Disclaimers and the Solicitation & Promotion Policy, and chooses whether to share their name and email with law schools and sponsors. Accessibility requests and incident reports are optional and always available.

Build your agenda
Browse the four-day schedule and star the sessions you want. My Agenda flags time conflicts and exports to Apple, Google, or Outlook with a live feed — so if organizers revise the schedule, your calendar updates too. My Day shows only what's happening today with reminders.
- Step 4
Claim your sign-up spots early
Capped experiences fill fast and are first come, first served: law school tours (50 spots each, then a waitlist), Legal Career Small Groups, mock classes, the advisement clinic, the pinning ceremony, and the NC African American History & Culture Tour. Transportation to Thursday and Sunday tours is not provided — drive or share a ride.

Meet people before you arrive
Opt in to the Attendee Directory to be visible, then browse by school and HBCU status and send private messages. Use Roommates & Rides to split a hotel or coordinate a drive, and see which HBCUs are represented.

Work the Law Expo
Browse participating law schools and sponsors ahead of time, star the ones you want to meet, take notes right after each conversation, and email yourself a follow-up contact list when the Summit ends.
- Step 7
Stay in the loop
Announcements from organizers land in the Hub with unread badges and search, and your notification settings control what reaches you by email or browser alert. The schedule can change, so check back regularly.
- Step 8
Put the Hub on your phone
On site, add the Hub to your home screen — on iPhone tap Share then "Add to Home Screen," on Android tap the menu then "Install app." You'll get the bottom tab bar for fast access to your day, agenda, messages, and maps.
